By accessing and using ScrapSync ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScrapSync provides automated data extraction and entry services for scrap recycling tickets. The Service processes PDF documents from email and provides tools to autofill ERP systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data to provide the Service and do not sell your information to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ScrapSync and Focus Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
